Terms of Use
Last updated 9 July 2026
This archive is a static website. By accessing or using it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the archive.
Permitted use
The archive is provided for personal, non-commercial study and listening. You may access the pages and play the recordings for your own use, and share ordinary links to them. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the recordings or their translations, present them as your own, misrepresent their origin, or remove the accompanying disclosures. Automated bulk downloading or scraping that burdens the service is not permitted.
Intellectual property
The original Greek lectures are the recorded teaching of their respective speakers and remain the property of their respective rights holders. The English renderings are AI-generated translations and synthetic-voice recordings produced for this archive and provided solely for personal study. Third-party imagery is used under public-domain dedications or Creative Commons licences and is credited where it appears; those works remain governed by their own licences. No right in any of this material is transferred to you by your use of the archive.
Content and views
Views expressed in the lectures are the speakers' own. The publisher presents them as a historical record and does not endorse, certify, or instruct on belief.
No warranty
The archive is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. English translations are produced by automated means and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies; the unchanged Greek original is the authoritative recording. The publisher does not warrant that the archive will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to use, the archive or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the archive is to stop using it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the archive.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to these terms
The publisher may update these Terms from time to time. Any change takes effect when posted on this page, and the date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the archive after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
