Nikolaos Sotiropoulos

Nikolaos Sotiropoulos (1934–2014) was a Greek Orthodox lay theologian, philologist, and itinerant preacher, a spiritual child of Metropolitan Augoustinos Kantiotis of Florina and longtime director of the missionary Brotherhood "The Cross" (Ο Σταυρός). He gave thousands of lectures across Greece and the Greek diaspora, including communities in Canada, best known for his scriptural apologetics against Jehovah's Witnesses and his warnings against spiritualism and the occult.

George G. Passias is a former Greek Orthodox priest in the United States. After studying engineering at the University of Illinois, he graduated from Holy Cross School of Theology in 1979. He served St. Nicholas in Flushing, later served as Chancellor of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, and served St. Spyridon in New York from 2006 to 2015. The Archdiocese records his return to lay status on November 29, 2015. This archive preserves recordings attributed to him on evolution, creation, and the Divine Liturgy.
